The International Accounting Group (TIAG) is a worldwide alliance of more than 115 independent accounting firms located in over 65 countries. Together with its sister alliance of 150+ independent law firms in over 90 countries, TAGLaw®, the TAG Alliances™ rank as one of the top three independent accounting and legal alliances in the world.
The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants has a peer review system of quality control for its member firms, whereby one CPA firm will be audited by another CPA firm to ensure that it is performing work of the highest quality. We undergo peer review every three years; we have always received a completely clean bill of health.

We are registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board to audit SEC registrants. This registration commits us to independent reviews of our accounting, auditing and review practices by the PCAOB.

The Governmental Audit Quality Center (GAQC) promotes the importance of quality governmental audits and the value of such audits to purchasers of governmental audit services. GAQC is a voluntary membership center for CPA firms that perform governmental audits, including not-for-profit entities that require Single Audits.
Our membership in this voluntary center demonstrates our commitment to the not-for-profit industry and provides us access to a breadth of best practices that benefit our not-for-profit clients.
The Center for Audit Quality (CAQ) is an autonomous, nonpartisan, nonprofit group based in Washington, D.C. The CAQ is dedicated to enhancing investor confidence and public trust in the global capital markets by:
- Fostering high quality performance by public company auditors;
- Convening and collaborating with other stakeholders to advance the discussion of critical issues requiring action and intervention; and
- Advocating policies and standards that promote public company auditors’ objectivity, effectiveness and responsiveness to dynamic market conditions.
Our membership in the CAQ provides us with additional resources and tools that benefit our public company audit clients and allows us to stay up-to-minute on all trends and best practices that affect the public company audit industry.
