Duties and Responsibilities
Tom is a director in the firm's audit department in Costa Mesa.

Professional Experience
Tom began his career in 1999 with KMJ. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries, including technology, life sciences, manufacturing, construction, services and software development. Tom's clients have included publicly-traded and privately-held companies, ranging in size from start-ups to multinational corporations with annual revenues of up to $200 million. Tom has experience with the Securities & Exchange Commission 1933 and 1934 Act filings, including initial public offerings, secondary offerings, reverse mergers, SEC comment letters and periodic SEC reporting requirements.

Education and Credentials
Tom received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from UCLA. He also received his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at USC where he concentrated in Finance and Entrepreneurship.

Professional and Community Activities
Tom is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
