EVOLUTION OF KMJ

KMJ | Corbin & Company was originally founded in 1983. We have been serving Orange, San Diego and Los Angeles counties for nearly 25 years.

In 1983, Steve Corbin and Russ Wertz founded Corbin & Wertz ("C&W"). C&W was primarily a tax compliance and consulting firm until client needs created the opportunity for an audit practice. In 2002, C&W was restructured to Corbin & Company ("C&C") under the direction of Steve Corbin. Effective January 1, 2005, Kendall Merkley, Mike Faddoul and Jim Nagengast succeeded Steve as founding members of KMJ | Corbin & Company.

We currently have 6 partners and directors and approximately 20 staff, including approximately 15 CPAs. We have offices in Costa Mesa and San Diego, California.
